Paul Purunjian - Head honcho
3rd Generation Realtor & Broker
I began my career at 21 years old in my hometown of Whittier, California. Prior to that I worked a variety of jobs and attended some college. I was fortunate to realize a few things early on: I enjoyed working with people and I wanted to pursue a career that challenged me and allowed no cap on my potential. Growing up around real estate, it became the obvious choice. A decade and a half later, I’m proud to say it has been a successful journey and I feel like it’s just begun. That is the beauty of real estate, there is a never a dull moment and there is so much room for growth and learning. I am truly doing what I love!
I am a strong believer in continuing to learn and improve. I am constantly growing and striving to be the greatest person I can be, and always looking toward self-improvement in both my business and personal life. I find great joy in mentoring others, I love spending time with my wife and kids, and enjoy staying active. You can find me golfing, doing yoga, and enjoying a good beer.

3rd Generation Realtor
I was born and raised in Whittier and I am so grateful that I get to work here in the city I love! Real estate is in my blood! I grew up riding around in my mom’s red Mercedes, showing property and attending open houses. My husband and I have purchased 3 homes in Whittier and are passionate about renovating and rolling over our equity into the next project. We are always looking for the ugly duckling home in a great neighborhood with hopes of turning it into a gem. I love design, decorating, and creating. I de-clutter, accessorize, and design each home we sell to give our clients the best possible chance for a quick sale at maximum price. Before real estate, I was a hairstylist in Beverly Hills for 10 years. It helped me become great at listening to the needs and wants of a client, build trusting relationships, and put my artistic abilities to work. Now, with Paul and Tiffany, I am able to create a vision for our clients, find them a home, and make their dreams a reality. The most rewarding part of my career is the lasting relationships we build with each client. Our clients become our friends because they know we truly care about their experience and helping them is our greatest passion.
When I am not on the hunt for your next home, I love spending time with my husband and 2 daughters, finding new and fun places to dine, and date nights are a must! Fortunately, my brother Paul and I are extremely close, even outside of the office, and our families love spending time together. Faith, family, fitness, and fun pretty much sums it up for me!

dIRECTOR OF bUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
I graduated in 2006 from Cal Poly Pomona with a Bachelors of Science in Behavioral Sciences, then went on to receive my teaching credential in 2007. After college, I served as a Behavior Therapist working with children and families affected by autism. I have always had a passion for people and understanding their struggle, then helping them through it. People are fascinating and I will always be captivated, learning about the psychology and sociology that molds a person. I love getting to know people, finding out their needs, and matching them with a solution. In my role with Paul and Tiffany, I get to meet so many people in the community and whether they need to buy or sell a home, feature their business in our amazing blog for exposure, or meet the right person to help them with their cause, I love being able to help!
Some of my favorite things are being a mom and wife, spending time outdoors or at the beach, enjoying the company of friends, throwing fun parties, and doing Pilates!

As a realtor with experience and demonstrated ability to problem solve and communicate I am able to diligently cater and adapt to my client’s needs.
What I love most about real estate is creating a connection to clients, studying the market, and helping clients by providing them the best experience through their real estate transaction and beyond the sale. By being in real estate I fulfill my passions in life which are to create, inspire and help others.
I’m a believer in being a grounded individual and in order to keep that balance in my life I enjoy hiking, trying new restaurants, cooking and spending time with my family and friends.
mELISSA sOTO- rOJAS - BRAND MANAGER
While pursuing a degree in Broadcast Journalism I took an internship at Biola University in their Marketing & Communications Department. After I graduated in 2012 I pursued a career in broadcasting and started as a production assistant at KTTV in Los Angeles. After a few months there I knew it wasn’t my passion and kept thinking about my time interning in marketing. I decided to go back to school and pursue a graduate degree in communications. I graduated in 2017 with a Masters in Communications with an emphasis in New Media Marketing. I love what I do and believe a business’s digital footprint has a significant impact on the future of their company. Branding matters!
A few of my favorite things are my husband, good food, great friends, and the Golden Girls.

Monica Mejia - Realtor
I have always considered business and real estate as an important role in my life; I was introduced to these worlds by my parents who are both, real estate investors and business owners. Due to my exposure at such a young age, I have been able to see the multiple sides of buying real estate: the first time home buyer, the buyer wanting to invest their wealth, and the seasoned real estate investor.
That being said, I love all things real estate. I love being able to help my clients in any way, shape or form; especially when it comes down to making important life decisions, like buying or selling real estate. My knowledge and passion for real estate allows me to serve my clients and their needs first while providing the utmost excellent service.
I love to enjoy the little things in life, whether it is sipping coffee at sunrise or making someone smile. A few of my favorite things are exploring new places with friends & family, going to brunch, lifting weights, and relaxing outdoors.
